Who we are
Manjam Altathir (منجم التأثير) is a Saudi advertising agency specialized in influencer marketing, registered under Commercial Registration No. 7055422807, and based in Jeddah. This policy explains the data we collect through our website manjamaltathir.com and Manjam Altathir Network, how we use and protect it, and what your rights over it are.
The data we collect
- When you create an account with email: your name, the username you choose, and your email. Your password is stored encrypted by the sign-in provider (Supabase), and no one at the agency can see it.
- When you sign in with a Google or Apple account: your name, your email and your account photo as provided to us by Google or Apple. We cannot see the password of your account with them.
- The campaign request (brands): the name, mobile number, company name, position, industry, company website or account, approximate budget, ad type, how the influencers are chosen, and whatever you write in the details.
- The joining request (influencers): the name, mobile number, photo, bio, your account names on the platforms and follower counts, content field, your acceptance of how we work and the commission, and whatever you write in the details.
- Influencer requests and offers: the influencers the brand chooses or we recommend to it, the attached notes, the offer we present to the influencer and his reply to it, and the stage of each ad.
- Visit statistics: we use Google Analytics to learn the number and sources of visits, the pages visited and the type of device in general statistical terms, and we do not send it any data you type in the forms.
How we use your data
- Creating your account, confirming your email with a verification code, and recovering your password when you ask.
- Receiving and reviewing your request, contacting you about it by email or mobile, and notifying the influencer of new offers by email.
- Recommending suitable influencers to brands, and negotiating, contracting and carrying out campaigns.
- Showing the influencer’s profile on the influencers page after his acceptance and with his approval.
- Improving the website and our services, and complying with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
What is shown to the public
When an influencer is accepted into the network, and with his approval when sending the joining request, only the following data is shown on the influencers page: the name, the photo, the bio, the content field, the account names and their links, and the follower counts. We never show the mobile number or the email, and the data of brands and their requests is not shown to any visitor.
YouTube subscriber counts
The website uses YouTube API Services to read the public subscriber count of the influencer’s channel and update it automatically, based on the channel ID the influencer enters, without any access to his YouTube account. By using this feature, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to it.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We share it only in the following cases:
- The service providers we rely on to run the website: Supabase (database, sign-in and photo storage), Netlify (website hosting), Resend (sending emails and verification codes), Google (sign-in, Google Analytics and YouTube API Services), and Apple (sign-in for those who choose it).
- When presenting an ad to an influencer: we show him only the brand’s name, its field of business and the details of the offer, without its contact details.
- When carrying out a campaign: we share with the brand and the influencer only what is necessary to carry out the agreed ad and document the contract between them.
- When requested by a competent official authority in accordance with the regulations in force.
Where the data is stored
The servers of our service providers may be outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (for example, in the European Union), and we make sure they are protected to an appropriate level in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations.
Retention period
We keep your data for as long as your account exists or as long as it is needed to provide the service and meet regulatory obligations, and we delete it at your request unless a regulation requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have the right to:
- Know how your data is collected and used.
- Access your data and obtain a copy of it.
- Correct or update your data (the influencer updates his profile from the joining form, and his follower counts from the “My Account” page).
- Request the deletion of your data, or hide your profile from the influencers page and withdraw your consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email us from the same email registered in your account at support@manjamaltathir.com, and we will reply within a period not exceeding 30 days. You also have the right to file a complaint with the authority competent for personal data protection in the Kingdom.
Cookies and browser storage
We store your sign-in session in your browser so you stay signed in between visits, and it is deleted when you “Sign out”. Google Analytics and the Google sign-in button use Google’s own cookies, and the Apple sign-in page uses Apple’s own cookies. Your choice of language (Arabic or English) is also stored in your browser so the website opens in it next time.
Data protection
The connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS), and the database is locked with strict permissions: each user sees only their own data, and only the agency team can see the requests.
Age groups
Our services are intended for adults. If you are under 18, do not send your data except with the consent of your guardian.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the regulations change, and we write the date of the last update at the top of the page.
